About the firmRegina Z. Peralta, Esq.
Founding attorney of Peralta Law Firm, APC. Twenty years of litigation experience, and a deep commitment to the families she serves.
An experienced litigator who cares about the people behind every case
Regina Peralta has spent 20 years in litigation, preparing cases, negotiating with opposing counsel, and standing up for her clients in court. That experience means she is ready when a matter is contested, and it helps her resolve many cases before they ever reach that point.
What drives her work is the families. Regina is passionate about helping people through some of the hardest moments of their lives: a parent preparing for a child with a disability to turn 18, an adult son or daughter watching a parent's memory fade, or siblings settling an estate after a loss. She takes time to listen, explains each step in plain language, and makes sure her clients never feel alone in the process.
Regina serves as court-appointed counsel in conservatorship matters for the Superior Courts of Los Angeles County and Orange County. In those cases she represents the person at the center of the case, making sure their voice, wishes, and rights are heard by the judge. That work gives her a rare understanding of the probate court, and she brings it to every person she represents.
When you hire Peralta Law Firm, you work directly with Regina. She returns your calls, knows your file, and stands beside you at every hearing. Regina speaks English and Russian, and the firm also offers services in Spanish.
